I have faith in Jesus Christ and his teachings, and as I exercise that faith it continues to grow. As my faith in Christ grows I am more believing and aware of the fact that miracles have not ceased, being a witness myself of miracles in my life and the lives of my loved ones.
Deep down, I believe that all religions that are founded on a belief in the teachings of Jesus Christ, have the common goal of bringing others to Jesus Christ. For this reason, it saddens me to learn that there is a religion (atleast one that I know of, there may be more) having many followers dedicated to his name, that teaches others that miracles have ceased. I do not understand how or why leaders of any religion ( or any individual for that matter) striving to teach others how to follow Christ, having an understanding of what Faith in Jesus Christ is and how it works (assuming they do), can at the same time teach against the existence of miracles in our day.
